Client Satisfaction Surveys
Twice a year we ask our clients what they think of the service we provide. We ask them to rate a number of questions, 1 being less satisfied and 4 more satisfied. This highlights any issues that may arise and ensures our service is constantly monitored. The survey results for 2009/10 can be accessed here:
Professionals Surveys
We also send a survey to professionals who work with our clients to find out what they think about our service. It helps us to monitor our service and also provides an opportunity for them to feedback any concerns they may have. The survey results for 2009/10 will follow shortly.
