Professor Cosmo Graham will host ESAN’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 13 October 2021 at 1.15 pm. This will be the second year running the event has been held online due to the pandemic. ESAN plans to shift to a hybrid meeting model from January 2021.
The AGM will be followed by a Plenary session on innovation and vulnerable consumers. Led by Dr Elizabeth Blakelock, the Plenary will bring together the findings of the ESAN special events programme. Guest speaker, Jon Elwes, Citizens Advice will give a presentation on Building effective service delivery models for the hard to reach consumers- Trussell Trust case study.
