The next ESAN members meeting is an Extraordinary General Meeting. It will be held online on Zoom from 1.30pm on Thursday 22nd May 2025.
Eligible Members will formally vote on resolutions to wind up the Essential Services Access Network (ESAN) charity (Charitable Incorporated Organisation Number 1157865) and to dispose of the surplus funds.
The meeting will also approve the 2024-25 Annual Report and Accounts.
The meeting papers were circulated to full members in the week commencing 5 May 2025.
